At Luxury Perfumes, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every fragrance; however, if you are not entirely pleased, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items. Due to the delicate nature of our products, all returns must be in their original, sealed cellophane packaging to maintain hygiene and quality standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the original, unopened fragrance bottle back into its shipping box with the RA number clearly marked on the exterior to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Use the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to drop off your package at any authorized courier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking receipt.

  Quality Assessment & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the product's seal is intact, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
